When you think of relaxing, do you meditate? Or do you go for a walk? How about taking a long shower?
I try to relax after work or after a long week, and I can’t. I don’t know how. I know when I’m stressed I try to focus on my breathing (or stress eat). It’s a temporary fix, but the stressed feeling comes back.
My friends suggested taking a bath with lavender salt to help me relax, but the idea of sitting in a tub full of my own filth only stresses me out more.
I workout in the mornings, but I find that only helps me to start my mornings. Once mid-afternoon hits me in the face, I’m a restless bag of potatoes.
What do you guys do to de-stress and relax?
